[CL] Planet Honey Pop Build Mode Crashing [ Edited ]

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to use wall or platform tool on the San Myshuno pre-made lot called Planet Honey Pop
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes
What do you expect to see? I should be able to edit this lot just like any other lot.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. This started right after the platform tool update in November.

So every time I try to edit Planet Honey Pop to fix the fact that the building is not considered a room, the game crashes. I believe the platform tool may have screwed with our ability to make faux split-leveling which was used in this EA build. The rounded edges of the raised stage glitch out completely since the update and if I try to fix it using the new platform tool or even just making the whole building one room, my game crashes within seconds.

This bug has since gotten worse, to the point where I can't even load the lot without my game crashing. I've tried replacing the lot without loading it through the edit world mode and it still crashes.
