CFM - User vs CPU - Hanging game when attempting to supersim segments of game

Summarize your bug Connected Franchise, user playing against CPU, supersimming the defensive play til change of possession, not switching back to user, continues to sim game, and if user tries to exit mode, game gets hung in a state of waiting for clock to run, and still can't exit, but able to press start button and get resume or exit option, resume doesn't fix problem, user must exit and re-enter into franchise mode and resume game there. However, when user does this, all game settings have been reset to the default settings.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Be in CFM, playing a game against a CPU team. Select the option to play entire 60 minute game. 2. Play Offense, then when it switches to the user playing as defense, play a down ( not sure if necessary ) . 3. For the next defensive play, Super Sim, change settings to Slow ( so plays can be watched), and do Change of Possession. 4. Proceed to watch till its time to switch possession.
What happens when the bug occurs? When time to change possession, its not switching to screen to allow user to play, and continues to play game on offense. Pressing the B button to exit the screen is not responding, and ends up hanging the game. At that point, can only press start button, and you get the resume or exit option. If user seelcts Resume, they are back watching the clock run out and getting penalty, but still can't play game. If user Exits the game and then returns to it, and resumes the game then they can play game again, but noticed all the game settings have been reset to default. For example, had it on All Madden, switched to All Pro, it had switched the tutorial settings turned off previously, back on etc. Another user playing in same league, during the time this happens, checks their game settings and they remain intact with the previous league settings. This behavior repeats itself if user attempted to do the same thing again after they have resumed the game. This occurred every time attempted. Basically, no longer able to just supersim parts of game. Note: Also seen this in the case of CFM user versus user, in which during a down, it would hang on end of play, and had to wait til play clock ran down, and penalty occurred but in that case after the penalty occurred users could get back in game and continue playing. This was not able to reproduce readily, but occurred a few times during a single game.
What do you expect to see? Prior to this patch, was able to supersim, on slow for defense, til change of possession and then take back control and play offense and complete game doing this various times throughout the game.
