Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? I play all legends and have experienced the same issue using several of them.
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)? They also use most characters, so it varies
Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I've experienced this issue pretty much all over the map at this point.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. It's has occurred in a variety of ways. I can be looting/mid battle/literally doing nothing
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Happens very randomly. Usually after I've played some matches
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) It happened today and has been happening more often.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Normally there will be some lag then it will freeze, ending with a blue screen. It gave me error code CE-34878-0 the last 3 times I got it
What should be happening instead? I should be able to finish my matches in peace lol
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure of that to be honest. I know that it must have some direct correlation to my account because I know people who play more than I do and they don't have this issue. It's also something that has just been getting worse. I'm not sure what other information I can offer... This has gotten to the point where I honestly just don't even have the confidence to go into a ranked match anymore because I know there's I high chance I'll be disconnected. Out of my last 70-100 RANKED matches I've been disconnected about 13 or 14 times.. I've probably wasted almost a days worth in time playing matches, just to be kicked. I've already invested a decent chunk of change into the game and I pretty much just don't want to play now lol please fix this issue. I have faith in the apex gods. Get this resolved. Sorry for the rant, just need to get my point across. Thank you for your time in advance.
