Apex Legends ps4 crash and i get leavers penalty

What happens when the bug occurs? my game crashes and I get a ps4 error blue screen . When i load up i get abandon penalty and each time the penalty get way longer now.
What should be happening instead? Shouldnt be crashing
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By playing on the ps4. The server will crash when ur in ranked and you will get penalty

If you cant find a way to fix the bug can you at least take of abandon penalty until the bug is fixed that way I could still enjoy playing your game that I have spent money on

Iv been diving into Apex daily since it came out and have loved every minute of it... however me getting penalized for your game crashing is down right bull. I’m trying to rank up , enjoy duos, etc. but your game wants to keep crashing on me. Please fix my bans, I just want to play and give y’all my money lol.

What happens when the bug occurs? This bug is twofold: first off, the game randomly crashes either during character select or in mid game. This has been happening on ps4 since the game launched. However, the main issue is that this combined with the new ranked leaver penalty causes ranked to be almost unplayable if your game crashes, which happens to me roughly every 4 or 5 games randomly. I haven't played ranked yet and this hasn't personally happened to me yet but I've seen it happen to my friends and they receive the ranked leaver penalty and bans just for their games crashing during a ranked match. This needs to be fixed addressed as soon as possible. I am afraid to play ranked mode because my game crashes randomly. But usually, once every 4 or 5 games on ps4. I've heard the issue has to do with amd graphics cards/processors and isn't ps4 exclusive. The game crashing has been an issue since launch. However, the new ranked penalty system punishes players for a bug that has nothing to do with client side issues.
What should be happening instead? Players shouldn't get penalized for playing ranked when their games crash.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play ranked mode on ps4 until your game crashes. Probably won't take more than 5-10 games to experience this.

Every single day this is happening!!! It’s obvious it’s an issue a lot of people have been experiencing since last season and you still have not fixed it. Instead you made it much worse! Giving afk penalty for a ridiculous duration and double the points loss. Last season I worked and played to get to predator and got demoted to silver! What kind of crap is that, first you don’t fix your bugs like the blue screen, then you know players are abusing a glitch and didn’t fix it. Yet you make everyone pay for your lack of professionalism to get on top of any issues and fix problems. I spent a lot of time and money on this game and I regret every single second of it. Until you fix this and you reinstate my rank I will no longer waste my time with a game that wants our money yet doesn’t provide the customer support we deserve! This is a disgrace. Worse of all is that it’s owned by EA! A bloody shame!!

Every 2-3 hours of playing the game with my friends in ranked or playing solo, my game crashes giving a CE-34878-0 error for no reason. This has been happening ever sense the opening of season 4. I've crashed more than 20 times with this error and if you contact my number [Admin - removed personal info] I can give all the dates of errors recorded on my PlayStation that has occured and will match with all your files of when I disconnected or logged of the game. I've been ripped of so many rp points and have gotten way to many penaltys due to your system thinking ive been intentionally leaving or cheating. I beg for you guys to fix this error happening on my system so I can enjoy playing the game naturally so I don't worry about having to close my app every two seconds after a match.

I can definitely understand the frustration that comes from dealing with crashes like this. Have you had a chance to try running through any sort of troubleshooting at all since it started happening? A good place to start would be with the basic connection troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help site. That can clear up a lot of different issues. 

I'd also recommend checking out the PS4-specific steps as well if you're still having trouble after that. Let me know how it goes when you can.

Basically my 2 friends who I play with get blue screen constantly. It can happen at random, while we're fighting or looting or making our way to another place to loot. It also happens a lot if we reach the top 5 or top 3 all of a sudden they get a blue screen. It has been happening non stop and it does affect our games. There's times where we've been so close to winning and then mid fight or on our way into the last ring they get the blue screen. I've been lucky myself and not had it. Its quite infuriating and we're unsure what's causing it but I hope it can be resolved.
