Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Only this account is giving the error because others that I have this normal condition. I do not know.

This error happens or all the time: CE-34878-0

And I just took Ban and the account is unusable. As my other accounts use the same Playstation and the same internet connection and the same game mode, this error does not occur. I spent a lot of money on this account, I am very sad about it, if it is not resolved, I will proceed with the money for my money. I've already formatted the Playstation and reinstalled the game several times, but it doesn't work, and as I said it's only on this account that this happens.

What happens when the bug occurs? Blue screen for 5 min and if I’m playing ranked(which is why I’m doing this now) I’m getting penalties and big ones

I downloaded this game somewhere in the first week it came out. Since then I have been getting multiple blue screens daily. Most of the times it was not ranked so it would have no effect on me other than that one match. Now I’m playing ranked and it happens I’m getting penalties... like I’ve dealt with an unimaginable about of blue screens, I mean for gods sake when I solo queue, I have to re login after every match to ready up. But now these penalties are actually preventing me to play the damn game.

What happens when the bug occurs? Every second or 3rd game I play the game crashes and I get this error code ce-34878-0. It just kicks me from the game and closes the application and shows me the blue screen with that error code
What should be happening instead? The game should be playable
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m not really sure, I’ve tried rebuilding my database - the voice to text option is OFF, deleting the game and reinstalling it, restoring licenses etc but it just keeps happening. I’ve been kicked from like 35 games from the last 50 or something I’ve played. I’ve purchased the battle pass and I can’t even use it because I keep getting a leaving penalty from the game crashing,

It’s so frustrating because I can’t even play the game.  I’m getting penalties from the game crashing and I’m n it voluntarily leaving.  This is the only issue with a game I’ve had with my ps4 and it’s Apex Specific.  It seems like this error is a common bug so I hope it gets fixed because I’ve paid you guys for the battle pass and I can’t even use it and get my money’s worth because if this issue

Man oh man this is my first time actually reporting a post I'm glad I'm not the only one going through this!!! Season 4 just started on the 4th ... I began myself playing on the 7th... Today's the 12th and I've already been blue screeed "27"!! Times ... I've been playing this game from season 1... But ever since this blue screen started and a season 2 ish and now the ranking is starting to penalize me they need to fix this reimbursement definitely I getting pissed

I Play 2 matches and the game keeps crashing, I have a Ps4 with a SSD, ever other game I keep getting blue screened, please, please fix the game. I have voice to text turned off. 

What am I suppose to do.

I cant play ranked had a 175 min ban from playing ranked.
