What happens when the bug occurs? It freezes my game then gives me an error code and also gives me a penalty which is not my fault at all and I was playing alone near then end and I still got a penalty.

This is really beginning  to irritate the * out of me the fact that I am getting penalties for these errors that are not my fault what so ever I cannot play Ranked with out getting kicked out and then giving me a Penalty which is now at 140 minutes and by the way the last match I was in my teammates already were timed out and got the error code again I was thinking it was fine since I won't get the penalty since I was by myself and all of a sudden BOOM a * PENALTY like wtf Respawn why implement this when there are alot of people that play Ranked and still get this error across all systems its * ridiculous. FIX IT or you will lose a lot of player base cause of it.

What happens when the bug occurs? I blue-screen then crashes my game causing me to loose rank and get abandonment penalty’s I’ve lost ove 100 point cause of this now. Error code (CE-34878-0)
What should be happening instead? My game shouldn’t crash and I should be playing a full match til the death or til the victory.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I honestly can’t tell you it’s been happening since day 1 and I’ve rebooted ps4 reinstalled game etc and nothing changes. I’ve reported to PSN multiple times.

i would be in the middle of a game on ps4 and this would happen it has happened that much now that i am up to a 20 min suspension now because it has happened that often how can i fix this i have restored my licences on the application and it is still not working

@Chaosjdm I’ve been blue screening with the same error code since before season 4 dropped, I stopped playing for a while but started again mid January
It’s really irritating that I’ve spend around $800 on this game just to not be able to play it and get penalized for a coding error, I’ve tried everything from safe mode to initializing my ps4, nothing helps
