Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open a vet clinic and actively play with it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Patient pets will create massive amounts of dirt from peeing and puking. Two animals can completely cover the floor in minutes. Even having someone dedicted to cleaning up, plus multiple automatic vaccum cleaners is not enough to stem the tide and keep patients happy.
What do you expect to see? Not so much dirt created from animals.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I've never played with a vet clinic before, but I can't believe this is intended behaviour.
