[CD] Robo-Vacuum Not Cleaning, immediately gets dusty after "cleaning" [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.82.99.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all packs except for Journey to Batuu and the last 3 kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place a high end robo-vacuum and let it "run" and watch it not run.
What happens when the bug occurs? The robo vacuum leaves the doc but only like 1 foot from the dock, turns around does a little scan and then returns to the doc. The prompt for fine floors comes up and then 10 sim minutes later it returns to dusty and the floors are dirty.
What do you expect to see? The robo vacuum leaves the doc scans around the whole floor, cleans the floors, returns to the dock and then remains clean for a reasonable time (maybe 2 sim days)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I don't know how long this has been happening it is something I only just noticed in the last hour of playing my sims game. It wasn't acting like this 2 days ago, it worked fine.

@crinrict Yup! I've replaced it multiple times now and have had no change, I've tried restarting the game, I've tested it on different saves and new saves. nothing seems to be working
