[CD] Puppy trying to interact with homework and glitching [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.90.358.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I own all except the interior decorator and werewolf ones
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a puppy in the house and a child do homework
What happens when the bug occurs? The puppy turns into what looks like a monkey and he is stuck near child doing homework. Even after resetting several times, he reverted into the monkey. The child's homework kept glitching through the table even after being put in her inventory or reset. The other bug has been reported by others but my adult ism auto aged up when it was not appropriate to do so.
What do you expect to see? I expect my puppy to not morph into a monkey like creature. I expect the homework not to glitch through the table. I expect my sim to not auto age up when it is not his birthday.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. the most recent patch was downloaded just before playing.

I attached a file of the screenshot but my puppy is next to the child sitting at the table except he looks like a grotesque monkey who has a purple moodlet like he is focused.  The child's homework continuously glitches through the table despite trying to put in her inventory or resetting the object.  Also shortly after this started occurring, the father sim aged up randomly even though it was not his birthday for several more days.

@pageybear13 Are the homework and the puppy related ? Does that happen when the puppy morphs or also when there's no puppy `

Do you have any idea what the puppy was trying to do ?

I tried a house without any pets and it didn't happen.   The puppy seemed attached to the homework.  Almost like he was interacting with it. He had a purple focused moodlet.  I tried it again in that house and this time the kitten became morphed and the homework was stuck through the table with the pages flipping.
