[CD] Puppy/Kitten Can Play With Toddler: Stretches and Acquires Creativity Skill [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.80.69.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Cottage Living, Journey to Batuu, Laundry Day Stuff Pack, Spooky Stuff Pack, and the kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Create a puppy/kitten and toddler sim through CAS 2. Have at least 2 toys around the house (best if placed in the same room) 3. Have the toddler play with one of the toys 4. Click on the puppy/kitten and pick "Ask [Pet's Name] to Join Playing"
What happens when the bug occurs? The puppy/kitten stretches to the size of a child sim and mimics the animation of a child sim playing. The puppy/kitten doesn't pick up the toy and the notification of the creativity skill acquired appeared.
What do you expect to see? The option to ask the puppy/kitten to join playing should not even appear while the toddler is playing with a toy.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

UPDATE: Kittens are also affected by this bug and so I adjusted the title and bug report. I also included an image of the stretched-out kitten.

@Kametisu Yup, can def duplicate this. The main bug with this seems to be that the option is there. The stretching is a sign of the interaction having no animation.

@crinrict I also received a Last Exception text file in relation to that particular interaction and I am wondering if this error occurs when the puppy/kitten is unable to pick up the toy:
