[CD] Lecture about drinking from toilet doesn't work [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.76.81.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansions (as of 7/11), All Game Packs except Star War, All Stuff Packs except Mossimo Stuff and Fitness Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get a large dog, get a toilet, wait for the dog to drink out of the toilet, select "Lecture about drinking from toilet". Repeat the next day and the next and the next (for a week or so).
What happens when the bug occurs? The dog gets a question mark over her head and doesn't learn not to stop drinking from the toilet.
What do you expect to see? I expect the dog to stop drinking from the toilet after a few times of telling her not to.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

My Sim's dog won't stop drinking from the toilet. I've selected "Lecture about drinking from toilet" every day for a week and she continues to drink from the toilet, she just gets a question mark over her head after each time. I tried recreating the problem in a new save but after 3 in-game days the dog didn't autonomously drink from the toilet so I couldn't test it, so I'm not sure if it's just one save or not.

What traits does your dog have? And is it just drinking from the toilet that it still hasn’t learned after a week or is it any misbehavior?

My dog is: friendly, hairy and adventurous.

She has learned to potty outside and to not wake up sims but hasn't learned not to play in the trash. She drinks from the toilet several times a day though and I tell her after each time to stop but she won't learn

@Jessycaz So you had me stumped at the time but since then I had a cat stubbornly refusing to learn not to jump on counters. It got through eventually - but took far, far longer than it should have. I forget what finally got its progress unstuck - it was either when my Sim adopted a child so a new Sim was able to lecture him, or after I had reset him to get him out of the way. Whatever it was, I remember thinking maybe he'll learn now, and sure enough only 2 lectures later he learned not to jump on counters. Did your dog ever learn not to drink from the toilet?
