Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a sim and a pet in CAS. Put them on a lot and make the sim fill a food bowl.
What happens when the bug occurs? The bowl looks half-full but is in fact empty. The sim can only refill it. It also seems to empty more quickly than beforehand. It suffices when the pet eats from it two times.
What do you expect to see? The visuals matching the facts, read, the bowl looking empty when it is empty or looking full when it is full.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
