[CD] Can't greet vet patients [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.69.59.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It happens randomly, but if you play as a vet long enough it should happen.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sometimes after a pet checks in, when I hover over them it says that they are a patient but the option to greet them is not available so I can't treat them.
What do you expect to see? For the "Greet Patient Warmly" option to appear
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@Kattoinette Did you test this without mods/cc installed ?

I did. I actually looked for a mod to improve the vacuum because it wasn't working. The mod removed the scanning animation and generally made it faster, but it's still not picking anything up, so there's no point.
