[CD] Adoption person arrives without carrier [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats & dogs, Cityliving, Get together
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use the latest Macbook Pro as your gaming device. In the game try to adopt a dog from the computer. You will se the option to adopt but when the representative from the adopting agency comes to visit they do not have the dog with them.
What happens when the bug occurs? See the answer before.
What do you expect to see? I would like to see the selected dog in front of / inside the sims flat / house like it worked before.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@fiiiiu Do they have an empty carrier or does the carrier not spawn ?

@crinrict The adoption agency representative does not bring the carrying cage at all with them. It's just the lady coming to visit.

@crinrictYeah it happened also on another lot, i tried different worlds also and it did not help.

@crinrict I have the same problem. I’m only having the problem on the 30x20 penthouse lot. But same issue on all saves.

Do you only have issues with the penthouse lot ?

Could you post a picture of how your penthouse looks ? Do you have issues with both cats and dogs ?

What happens when the bug occurs? pet adoption agent shows but no crates with the pet that you want to adopt in tow.
What do you expect to see? Adoption agent shows up with crate that has pet in it

Please describe the patch or change you made. After patch update I tried adopting a pet and there is a glitch
