How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats & Dogs, Laundry day, City living, Eco lifestyle, get famous
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Using CAS
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever i try to make a sim this weird black stuff appears over my sims face, it has nothing to do with custom made skins or anything as i tried using a pre-made one
What do you expect to see? For the CAS to be back to normal
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Honestly, i have tried making more than one sim, this bug keeps happening with EVERY sim i make, there’s no way to remove it or anything like it

@Ella12346 Please Turn off Your system completely, let it sit for a few minutes and power it back on.

• Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
• Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
• Plug the console power cable back in.
• Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it back on.
