Additional feedback Sims warp constantly inside home and it is time consuming to track them down. Also, the action bubble above their heads often doesn't appear or only appears after a long delay.

Could you share screenshots of what you mean with warping?

By warping I mean they vanish from one location and appear instantaneously in another location in the house. Screenshots would be of no value.

Ah that makes sense. I've seen that too!

I think this is by design, so I'm taking it off the list. 

However I suggest using the contact option instead of looking for the Sim when the Sim keeps teleporting.
