I have one duck that I believe I may have crafted in the eco workshop but am not sure. I would love to purchase more of them but cannot find the option anywhere. I’ve looked in tabletop decorations, miscellaneous decorations, bathroom, outdoor and I believe everyone else but cannot find them.  Any ideas why I cannot purchase more?

@myoclonicjerky As far as I know Rubber duck is not yet in Eco workshop.
Possible you got it from a house template? Since items from templates are not unlocked for buying.
