Building on Bulldozed lot. Game shuts down.

Hello! I couldn't find my issue on the form so I thought I'd add it. I started a new save before I read about all the problems with the new update. So, after the update - I am on my new save & I had bulldozed the lot in cottageliving the secret lot up in the top of the map. I forget the specific name of it. & I added a new house from the gallery no problem. I was editing the lawn - adding some shading to the grass & messing with the paver painting tool when my game freezes & I am forced to hard restart my computer. This happened 2 times in a row before I gave up for the night. Now, I do have a few mods and some CC. I didn't try it without either. Hope they can fix this goodness awful long list of issues! Soon! I am having sims withdraw!

@alexISdysph0ric What platform are you playing on ?

Please try without mods/cc to make sure it's not an issue with that.
