What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? Astrosas
Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible. I was alone
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? Wraith
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)? None
Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Lobby
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Waiting in the lobby
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 0
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 9/17/23
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I don’t have access to any other tab besides the lobby and the club tab and all of my skins/ hairloom have been taken off and been set to default on top of locking my legends
What should be happening instead? I should have access to the other tabs in all of my legends
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at screenshots

All my legends have been locked, I don’t have access to any other tab besides lobby and club. My materials all saying -9999

Hey @Vitrsas The progress reset may indicate that you have unlinked your account. 

Have you made any changes on your account recently?

No I’m not sure my friend recently gave me his account and today was a first time I logged into it, it’s been 2 or 3 seasons since it’s logged into apex so I don’t know

Okay, so account sharing isn't allowed, so in this case, your friend is the account owner. If the account was unlinked from the EA profile and linked again we can't restore its progress.   

 

Here are the risks of the account unlinking process

When you unlink a platform account from your EA Account, you can link it to another EA Account, but your in-game progress will not transfer over.

That means you’ll permanently lose access to all of the following:

  • games and game progress
  • DLC, expansions, and anything extra you have for your game
  • memberships and subscriptions
  • in-game purchases.

If you unlink your platform account and link it back to your original EA Account, you may be able to get access to your stuff if you still can access the account.

But it wasn’t unlinked he gave me the Xbox account it self and that’s when I logged on to apex and that happened

We won't be able to help here if your friend is the one who registered the EA and Xbox account. 

In similar cases, the account owner would need to contact our support team to verify the account, so we could check its history and see what happened.
