I also still miss the promotion reward, after my telephone call with the EA support they give my case to a specialist team. In your case I would open another ticket.

Today (11/15) I got my reward, it takes some days now but it worked right. I got the right amount of Rey shards and crystals. So just add all infos (bill of the Google card, screenshots about the promotion is aktiv in your country...)

I'm really happy that this way worked.
