Bug on Captain Han Solo [ Edited ]

Summarize your bug I used my 7 star Captain Han Solo on the Rancor heroic pit raid. When I tried using the 'Search and Rescue' ability, it would not enable me to restore my Old Ben Kenobi who was the only defeated character. Prior to getting Captain Han Solo to 7 star, I haven't experienced this before
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure, without using a 7 star Captain Han Solo, the fault might replicate.

A thought: if the Rancor used Devour to defeat Old Ben, he cannot be resurrected as per Devour's tooltip.

Thank you for replying, that could well be the issue as the Rancor did use Devour, I completely forgot about that.
