Summarize your bug When there is a tie for the 2nd to last rank the final ranks do not account for the # of people tied for that second to last rank. In the attached image you see 3 people tied for rank 13. So the next person should be ranked 16 but instead is ranked 14. Also all the following people should be in a big group with the same rank but maybe it's desired to just rank them all individually?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have ties in TB ranks. Though I think the same issue applies to TW ranks as well.
