Bug in Scientist part of GTW all lab techs wearing funky clothes

Which mode has this happened in? Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Career mode - player
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure, Play GTW scientist.
What happens when the bug occurs? Everytime I take them to work All Sims in the lab are dressed in funky clothes instead of the lab coats. Males dressed as women and women in their swim wear, halloween suits etc. Noticed it after the new big update I did yesterday 2.23_2019
What should be happening instead? They should go to work and all be in lab coats. either blue or white.

My female sim shows up in full formal clothes (different ones every day) that I didn't give her, and my male sim showed up for his first day looking like this.

@Historicgal& @MisplacedMel , do either of you have Mods or Custom Content (CC) in your game?   

Update:  this was fixed in one of the last patches, so is it still a problem for anybody?  I tested it in my game with no Mods/CC and everybody wore their lab coats, except for the receptionist, which makes sense!
