Summarize your bug If you'll look I have been the biggest Bossk fangirl on GoH for over a year. Today I bought the crystal Data Card for Bossk and didn't end up with 330 shards for him. Obviously this was a glitch and I'm open to being a bit patient with the other 318 shards being sent to my inbox.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Be the biggest Bossk fangirl in GoH and buy the Bossk data card.

The Bossk Pack (for 1299 crystals) guarantees at least 5 shards for Bossk with a chance to drop up to 330 shards.

In your case, you've received 12 shards from the pack which is possible (as stated in the description: possible shard drops include: 5, 7, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 50, 80, 145, 230 330.)

Therefore, not a bug.
