Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy Baby Changing Table To Try To Complete Quest To Have A Baby

Additional feedback I bought they changing table to complete the quest but nothing didn’t happen nor said the quest was completed is this a glitch or a bug that happens to everyone ?
