[Bug] Asajj Ventress Endless Wrath ability

Endless Wrath is meant to reset all cooldowns on a finishing blow, but I just noticed today that it's not triggering at all now even though multiple enemies were killed by that ability.

Edit: I should also add that I have this skill ranked to level 6, which is when I believe I started to notice this issue.

This bug appears to be fixed now since the latest update (12/11)
