Brown tinted windows [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 05.226
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Almost all
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place windows in the basement (any amount of levels i think under a pond)
What happens when the bug occurs? Cant see through some windows (tinted brown)
What do you expect to see? Clear windows
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

is there a way to fix the brown tinted windows that randomly showed up when i was building? It only happens on some of the windows which is weird

Edit: I couldn't place anything near those windows so I had to turn on the "bb.moveobjects" cheat just to place something, if someone/I was playing without cheats then I wouldn't be able to place anything near those windows
