What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I died at the Boxing Ring and got resurrected at a nearby respawn point.

What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to unsheathe weapons and ordinance and use abilities, only box/melee (like inside the boxing ring).
What should be happening instead? Being able to unsheathe weapons, ordinances, and use abilities.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Two Teams Fighting Inside Boxing Ring 1) Get knocked down inside ring. 2) Get finished off by a finisher in the corner of the ring. 3) Bloodhound picks up Lifeline's respawn from outside the ring. 4) Bloodhound uses respawn beacon to resurrect Lifeline. 5) Lifeline unable to unsheathe weapons, ordinance, and use abilities as if inside boxing ring.
Game breaking bug where I was unable to do anything but box after being resurrected.
