I haven't went back to the game because I didn't want to run into this glitch.

After hearing that my save file is safe, I played the game again and I encountered a bounty hunter. I had to fight two of them at once.

Dude the same thing happened to me. I’ve 100%ed every single thing in the game and I’ve literally never seen a bounty hunter except the mandatory story one. I’m so mad. So even when they put the patch out people like me and you now have to wander around aimlessly trying to get them to spawn. It’s ridiculous and it’s the only thing stopping me from the platinum trophy. Smh.
