Yes, I corresponded with the support service for two days. every day a new employee answered once a day. today I was told to reopen a new case. I don’t understand why, I sent them all the necessary data, including the check.

@0473856291 You can request for a refund from your App Store within 48 hours of your purchase. After that period, you will need to contact a mobile advisor through Help from your game app.

I’ve brought this pack twice, thinking it was a glitch, so I’ve had 2 payments of £8.99 come out of my account… I’ve left it for a while and it’s still not been processed. Any idea how I can either claim my money back so I can try again etc thankyou

I brought the spring pack Friday and it’s still not loaded on my account. I brought it twice giving it the once off, I’ve received one refund but still nothing had loaded🙄
