Didn't receive Fit for a Monarch, Royally Refined and Lucky in Love packs [ Edited ]

I also have the same issue. Purchased Fit for a Monarch, Royally Refined and Lucky in Love packs and didn't receive them. The issue seems to be with purchasing pop-up packs. If I purchase standard packs, such as Sim Cash, etc, I receive them instantly. 

I already contacted Customer Support and been dealing with them for over a week now. I was told to report this bug in the forum, so that devs can look into the issue closer and fix it.
