Bought dark side starter pack. Didn't get my guranteed character

So this pack came with crystals, items, and some characters, it says I am guranteed a special character and i got darth Vader, however, when I looked back, he wasn't there. I tried restoring purchases , but nothing happened. I'm missing a special character for my starter pack. How do I resolve the issue?
