What happens when the bug occurs? I bought the $60 apex coins package, and was awarded none of the coins but was charged. I waited 24 hours and still did not receive them.
What should be happening instead? I should have gotten my coins.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know. The bug occurred right after the season four update when I tried to buy coins, but worked when I bought another $10 package.
I was messaging ea help about the issue, to which they said wait 24 hours, then contact ea support. To which this post is about.

I'm afraid that we aren't really able to look into something like this here on Answers HQ. When you've got a chance please follow up with the EA Help team so they can look into getting those coins added for you.
