What happens when the bug occurs? I bought all of the collection packs to get the Wattson heirloom. After opening all of the packs the heirloom pack dropped down but didn't open. I left it for about 15 minutes. It just kept spinning. It then dropped down again and continued to spin but not open. I then restarted Apex. I have all of the packs. On the main screen it says the heirloom has been unlocked, but when I click on the heirloom is says that it's locked and I can't access it.
What should be happening instead? I paid a lot of money. I would expect to have the heirloom in my locker.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my account. See that I have all of the collection packs, but not the Wattson heirloom.
