Bought Packs and Level up Rewards Non-Existant

Summarize your bug The last time I leveled up (lvl 15 to lvl 16), the rewards for leveling up were shown on screen, but I could never find them, and they did not appear in the unopened packs section of the menu. Also, I just now bought an all-pro pack, spending 30,000 coins to do so, and the pack never showed up, even though the game took my 30,000 coins. So at the moment I am missing level up rewards for level 16 and 1 all-pro pack that is already paid for.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy a pack and try to open it.
What happens when the bug occurs? The pack is paid for, but does not open and does not appear in the "Unopened Packs" section of the game
What do you expect to see? An All-Pro Pack

Summarize your bug I leveled up in MUT 20 from 45 to 46 and pressed claim rewards then the page refreshed and I got to reward no packs, went to my item binder and and put it to ‘newest’ nothing here and there were no trophies or coins added either
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check one on other Xbox One S and see if the same thing happens on the level up from 45-46
What happens when the bug occurs? The same as normal you press claim reward but then I got nothing
What do you expect to see? Coins, packs or trophies
PS4 Crash Reporting: Please copy the text you put in the crash report here. And my loading screen froze when I was loading into a H2H wildcard game then my game was loading for 25 minutes then I restarted M20 then in made me lose my playoffs

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check on someone else’s account in an Xbox One S and check if the same thing happens as they level up from level 45 - 46
What happens when the bug occurs? I claim my reward but I didn’t get a reward
What do you expect to see? *, trophies or packs
PS4 Crash Reporting: Please copy the text you put in the crash report here. and also I was loading into my wildcard game then I was stuck in the loading screen for 25 minutes so then I restarted Madden 20 then the game gave me a loss and my season was done
