Bossk bounty - no target if weakest target is tied

Summarize your bug When doing the Bossk marquee events, I noticed that sometimes there would be no bounty target. This seemed to be when two identical characters were tied for the weakest.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use Bossk as lead, and start a battle that has multiples of the same enemy. Kill anyone weaker than those until they are the weakest. There will be no bounty target at that time, because Bossk can't identify the "weakest."

If two toons are tied exactly for the weakest, then Bossk's bounty shows no target.  

This is extremely unlikely to happen when vs a player, but in PvE battles against multiples of the same npc, this could occur frequently.

We've tested it today but were unable to replicate this.

Could it be, that it was the opponent team's turn? In this case, the bounty contract target is not displayed, it only appears on your team's turns.

Nope, just like that picture shows, it happens whenever the weakest enemy is tied.
