Summarize your bug July bonus reward calender is broken now when trying to claim rewards with crystals.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Start the game up after missing a few rewards for bonus calender. 2. Try to redeem the rewards that you missed Result, the error that I am trying to contact EA about without delay.

 I tried to get my 22nd July bonus reward with crystals though the game errors and tells me to contact EA, guess what? The virtual assistant was acting like a barrier for me since it already had enough info to allow me to talk to EA with just my Email and first name.

Also EA, I would love to just contact you directly [I do not care if I am breaking a forum rule or not for this, have some common sense please] without the need of virtual assistants, they make it harder than it should be to contact support.
