Bodyshield spawns are incredibly unbalanced and frustrating in early game.

What happens when the bug occurs? The loot distribution of bodyshields means that entire clumps of pills or buildings can spawn absolutely none, with the majority of bodyshields being in only one building. The balance of bodyshield loot spawns is so incredibly frustrating that you can loot multiple pills and buildings with no shields while your enemies have shields because they dropped on a good building. It is very unfair game balance in early game (too unfair for even a random BR).
What should be happening instead? Bodyshields should not spawn so inconsistently and in clumps, you should be able to find a bodyshield much easier than you can now.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look over your loot distribution and the distribution of bodyshields in building clumps & pills.
For image context, I had gone through the pills to the right of this building and the back, as well as the building behind the one here. My teammate did ping a bodyshield in a building I did not loot but it was only one, the rest of the pills did not contain any and I only looted my blue bodyshield from the building the image was taken in.
This is not the first time this has happened, I just got frustrated, screenshotted it to make known the issue of irregular and unbalanced bodyshield spawns.
