As per thie screenshot, the payout shown when achieved in-battle only applies the level 2 (+25 speed) portion of the payout. The level 3 payout bonuses do not show (and appear not to be applied).

Hi @Bumpernackle and thank you for the report.

We have tested this and can confirm, that Boba Fett is receiving his +50 speed personal payout, but the tooltip is only showing +25. We have flagged this as a bug now.
