What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Unlocking Bloodhound Skin "Master of The Hunt". After already completing the challenge. It wont unlock and reward me with it.

What happens when the bug occurs? Unlocking Bloodhound Skin "Master of The Hunt". After already completing the challenge. It wont unlock and reward me with it.
What should be happening instead? I should have the skin unlocked (shows 5/5) for progression.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea, it seems im the only one that has it.
Completed the challenge "Get 5 top 5's in any queue" and skin is not dropping. I have probably 15 wins by now at least since update, restarted my game, etc etc. NOTHING! I have gotten all the other drops for the Legendary Hunt except this one. I don't see anyone else having problems. Any suggestions?
