Texture glitch will not go away. I have done Origin Repair, I have done the Performance Mode suggestion. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Apex and Origin Launcher 3 times from PC. Any one else out there having such a rough time?

I came across a topic while back where having other texture streaming budget then none would do this. if changing it helps you in any way, it might help you into searching root cause for that

It is possible that running your GPU at stock clock speeds will prevent this, let us know either way, thanks.

I see now you have reinstalled Windows, the following steps will help prevent a specific missing file error: 

Download and install both the x86 and x64 versions of the required Visual Studio files:

• x86: vc_redist.x86.exe

• x64: vc_redist.x64.exe
