Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Randomly while starting a Squad Battle or Be a pro game offline, the game load but everything but the HUD, player indicator at the bottom the screen is pitch black

I will insert a screen capture when I get the chance. I was able to reproduce the problem twice over the past week.

Hey, everyone. This is an issue we're currently investigating. It's also possible this happens when spamming the A/X button before loading into the game.

Hi there, @Symtexbc 

Thanks for the report on this. Is it only Squad Battles and BAP that cause this? Also, are you using the HDMI cable that came with your Series X?

Yes I am using the HDMI that came with the Series X. If it was an HDMI issue, I would have 0 iimage. Also menu is working perfectly fine.  It's only the lighting in the arena that is pitch dark. The game is fully functional except for me not being able to see.

I didn't see this issue in any other mode so far.

Thanks for letting me know. We've seen another issue on the Series X with ice being too dark. I'm not sure that these are related, but what is suggested here may help. Can you try that and let me know if this continues?

Thanks for the suggestion but this has nothing to do with Tone mapping as if I quit the game and restart a new game, everything is fine. It just give me a lost in Squad Battle which is a bummer.

I'll keep an eye out for others with this same issue. So far, yours is the only one I'm aware of but rarely is there something only one person is experiencing. If I have any other suggestions or news on this, I'll provide an update.

@EA_Aljo I just got the same glitch while playing BAP, it happens too inside the instant replay option.
