What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Many; NOT INSTALLED; (island living, Cats & Dogs) (moshino, pets, laundry, toddler, bowling)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Standard two family member household. Strangerville Plaza. Natural Well lot trait The bugs only seem to happen in the strangerville area...
What happens when the bug occurs? Bizarre bills and money loss! My simoleans...
What do you expect to see? Only happening in Strangerville; Putting solar panels on the roof can cause delay in the game world. 20+ on the roof is causing lagginess that lasts into gameplay mode for about 2-3 mins. Hitting pause and making a real world cup of tea gives time to clear this lag. Progressing the story mode makes the lag worse! If you put 10+ Lab Pro X2 Dew Collectors and upgrade them and use Natural Well lot trait you *should* be able to make quite a bit of money. However if Action Plan "Water Conservation" is put in place the lot will total bills in excess of 2000 simoleans! When the water free day arrives all the water implements stop working! (Surely a naturally occurring stop tap there, somewhere?) If the same "Water Conservation" Plan is repealed nothing starts working again. Water after 7 days is still shown as +52.64 per day but always as -774 total! (Water objects; The Patrician sink, Talking John Toilet, Almost invisishower 2.0, Superb Soakster bath, sprinkle-o-matic 2001, Lab-Pro X2 Dew Collector) All upgraded.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I have turned off all custom content to check. Bugs persist.

i5-2500 @330, 12GB GDDR5, Nvidia GTX960, 1TB SATA, Win 7 Pro 64, 1Tb LAN.

Thanks for this report. You've listed a few different issues there. We may already have an active dedicated bug report thread opened for some of these. You can double-check using the "Compiled list of reported issues", as well as using the search function at the top of the page.

If there isn't an active thread dedicated to each of the bugs you're experiencing here, please go ahead and create a new bug report, one per each individual bug. That way, we can track things easier and provide relevant information regarding the specific bug.

I'll lock this thread in the meantime so as not to split up the information from those dedicated bug reports or to muddle issues together.
