Bf109/Spitfire (all models of the fighters) turn like bombers

Summarize your bug Sometimes when you spawn in a fighter it shares the bomber flight model or even worse. You cant outturn fighters nor heavy fighters. Even bombers can dogfight you wich shouldnt be the case. Scince my comrades already laugh at me ( I have more than 20000 jet kills in BF4 i know what im doing) i had to report this bug. I even have video footage of it happening. it happens on every map and gamemode that allows planes.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You simply have to spawn a lot of planes like i do. i pretty much always fly planes when the map allows it so im getting it very often. it doesnt matter if youre british or german it happens for both sides and for all fighter models
What happens when the bug occurs? the plane turns sluggish absurdly slow even slower than most bombers and the roll axis also seems to be affected. scince i got a new keyboard a day ago it cant be the reason for it and even turning via mouse cant fix the problem. its not personal feeling as i have footage of it happening wich you can view and compare to my other gameplay.
What should be happening instead? fighters are usually easily able to outturn bombers and heavy fighters

It will take some time to upload the footage scince its 7gb large but it should be done in 2 hours.

excuse my behaviour in chat i was frustrated by this happening for like the 20th time this week.

im really at the end of my nerves right now.

planes are the only real reason for me to play the game at all.

i linked the dxdiag too to have a COMPLETE bug report this time scince the last one seems to be deleted.

i hope theres nothing wrong with this one.

its absolutely obvious that something is really wrong there

I also had the bug that you cannot see the plane respawning wich is also shown in this video.

spawning and killing yourself works quite well at quickly fixing this one but the flight model change stays until you leave the server.

At 19min you can see a dogfight between me and a bomber. 

The bomber wins ground very quickly.

This occurs 100% of the time on Xbox, as well, I can't turn nearly as fast, pull up, pitch, or turn nearly as fast as bombers with full vehicle health, and no damage with all the bf 109's and spitfires.
