Ben Solo shards are NOT showing up in conquest store for purchase via CRYSTALS. He shows up in 3 different slots for purchase via conquest currency, but NEVER for crystal. I've spoken with my entire guild alliance, and none of them have ever seen Ben Solo shards available for purchase via CRYSTALS in the conquest store. There are numerous threads about this, and no answers are given except "working as intended"
Even after multiple refreshes using crystal to pay for them, no Ben Solo shards available via CRYSTALS.

tie interceptor shards/gameplay is messed up in challenge, and the world loses it's mind...Ben Solo shards haven't worked right in the conquest store for 3 weeks ...3 WEEKS...and no one seems to care...sad.  The truly sad thing is it's probably a fix that would take 5 minutes to check into and change...

It is sad that they expect from you to spend money for ingame purchases but they don't care about their players

@EA_Gunner Can we please get an update on this item? Some of us are waiting on a few Ben Solo shards to unlock and he has not been in the store for crystals since the new Conquest dropped.
