Bella's Balcony Quest doesn't appear in Quests tab

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click the "Join the Void." button on the Bella's Balcony Quest popup (I don't know how to trigger it). Open the Quests tab.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a new quest.

I've gotten the popup about the quest twice yesterday and once today but I haven't gotten any new quests. The first time it happened i assumed the alert got sent out a few hours too early because i've had that happen with a sweet treat showdown once in the past, but the quest still hasn't showed up even after the game switched to a new day.

I've checked the app store twice to make sure there isn't a pending update.

@teennewt Hi, the quest should start at 9 am local time on Dec 26th.

The pop up might appear in the game before that time, which I find it a bit misleading since it basically says start the quest, takes the player to the quest menu and the quest isn’t available until 9 am on the start day.
