Being Recognised as a Trial Player, I am not.

I have the disc it hasnt left my system since i bought it reason because most my games are downloaded so i know im not a trial player yet it says i am i have uninstalled the game twice and nothing i logged into my friends account and can play it fine but my friend logs into my account and he can't play it

I am also having the same exact problem, i have owned the game since launch and now i am apparently a trial player, i was looking forward to this update as well, rip everyone who has the same problem

So I bought battlefield 5 about 6 months ago digital so my friends can play it too va gamesharing an after this new update 10/28/2019 to hype up the Pacific Theatre its saying I'm a trial player even tho I own the game can anyone help me?

Restarting your xbox does not change the fact that battlefield 5 is not letting us play because yall decided to have a trial an it screwed everyone who owns the game over because it thinks we are trial members

High sorry I'm new to this stuff, what's the trello board and is it something they are looking at patching? Thanks for the help.
