Summarize your bug I cant use the m1928a1, even though i hit rank 20 om medic months ago. Its my favorit historical weapon, and i just want to use it.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, i dont know anyone Else with the bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cant use the gun.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to use the gun.

Ive had this bug for a while where i just cant use the weapon. I dont know why, as ive been 20 for months now.

I know this is probably a silly question and you've likely done it already, but have you redeemed it from the Armory at the main menu yet?

We had a larger thread on this earlier and the team is currently aware of some weapons not unlocking right away. After leveling up a little more they tend to get added to the account.

Try just getting it off the armory menu and if it doesn't work then oof

The same thing here. Tommy stayed locked after reaching lvl 20, theres nothing in the armory at all.
