What happens when the bug occurs? Battle pass xp resets, making me restart a level. Has happened multiple times.
What should be happening instead? I should be advancing battle pass levels normally
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Please add a battlepass level to my account, I've had this issue multiple times where I've played for 3 hours trying to level up a battlepass level and it just restarts the level again when I'm close to finishing it.
Please fix this on my account, it's happened many times and its starting to ruin how I feel about the fame. I've tried troubleshooting it with an a EA customer service rep and he didn't help me get the battle pass level back, he just wanted to make sure it didn't happen again.
