Battle pass +1 level skips not stacking

Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Xp menus
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Playing
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 10
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 8-1-19
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I am not getting credit for completing the battle pass xp skip (18k 32k ECT) at the same time that I complete a challenge full skip (+1 bp lvl)
What should be happening instead? I should be getting two bp levels
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete a +skip challenge and finish the bp xp bar at same time you should get two lvls but only get 1
As you can see from the bp xp gained (12k) and 3 challenges done (two 6k and a free skip) I should have gotten two bp levels and not just one. This is the 4th or 5th time this has happened. The free skips are not stacking
